Government Policy Positions

  • Reestablish the three co-equal branches of government.  Congress establishes tariffs and budget allocations.
  • Establish paths to citizenship that are funded and less complicated
  • Remove bureaucracy where possible
  • Require cognitive testing for elected federal employees ages 70 years and older.
  • Increase IRS tax auditors to address fraud and abuse.
  • Restore international student visas for colleges.
  • Respect the separation of church and state.
  • Restore women's reproductive rights (Roe v Wade) and access to healthcare
  • Restore Fiscal conservatism: We are spending more in 2025 than 2024. We continue to spend more each year than the previous year.
  • Targeted tariffs are much more efficient than category tariffs.  Egs. Blanket tariffs on aluminum. Targeted tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles.
  • Respect and promotion of indigenous peoples and their rights and needs.
  • Establish limits to "Dark Money" (large corporate donations). Note: this is different from the "Deep State" (government)
  • Trump lost the Arizona 2020 vote. Multiple recounts (good), both electronic and hand counts, including Cyber Ninjas, proved this.
  • Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness are rights and privileges to be honored and strived for.
  • Restore the three co-equal, independent branches of government. That is, democracy, not autocracy.

Public Education Funding

  • Reduce vouchers: Set reasonable national standards that are reflect local economic priorities and conditions.

  • Set voucher limits favoring lower income needs

  • Teacher pay increases

  • Two-year community colleges and accredited trade schools:

    • 1 to 1 dollar support for active students.  If the student graduates, the support money is forgiven.

    • If the student does not graduate, the support money is required to be repaid.

  • Education Starts at Birth.

  • Fully fund education

  • Vouchers need to be limited

Health Care (ACA):

  • Allow the government to bargain on medication prices.

  • Legislate improvements to the Affordable Care Act (ACA), not replace
  • Allow the ACA to use generic medications.
  • Lower drug prices through negotiations.
  • Preventative care is less expensive than later emergency care.
  • Increase preventative health care funding.

Housing

  • Tiny home owners in zoned plots with HOAs.  Ownership builds equity.

  • Fund federal support of local initiatives. On-site monitoring required.
  • Zoning for more affordable ownership
  • Increase incentives for 3D home printing

Utilities:

  • Clean, renewable energy is cost effective especially long-term
  • Renewable energy is the evolving way of the future, and contributes to our overall national security and stability.  This includes nuclear energy.
  • Continue/increase renewable energy sources: wind (including non-prop units)/solar/tidal/thermal/nuclear on small, repeatable platforms

Food/Groceries:

  • Zone for community gardens – create federal grants supporting municipal initiatives.
  • Create more direct routes for Farmers to sell directly to communities

Preschool/Daycare:

  • Make support higher based on the recipients' economic needs and stabilities.
  • Recipients' need to contribute also
  • Coordinate with local colleges' education degrees to increase hands-on training as part of the curricula.

Livable wage jobs plan:

  • Expand trade school accreditation. Monitor for successes and abuse/fraud/waste.
  • As each trade school gets larger, additional monitoring goes into effect.
  • Increasing E-Verify. Link E-Verify successful completion to related wage minimums.
  • Wage minimums vary across the U.S. Possibly base on federal "per diem" percentages.

Achieve water stability

  • Make the pie larger.
  • No selling federal public lands. Maintain water rights on our public lands. Keep our environmental qualities high.
  • Promote desalinization projects. Include bi-national agreements that reflect major environmental concerns, maintainability, and costs.
  • Addressing the drought in Arizona and the southwest.  This means spending considerable time working the various bi-national opportunities
  • Expand cloud seeding initiatives with federal grants and monitoring. Focus on goals effective results. … similar to Small Business Research Grants (SBIRs)

Border Security

  • A Border Wall is Only Necessary for Parts of the Southern Border.
  • A border wall is not needed, and may be harmful in other parts of the southern border.
  • Work with Mexico to better determine where drug ingredients originate, and manufactured. Respond accordingly.
  • Establish visas that ID cards with start and end dates, and scannable QR codes for verification.  Require notification when leaving the U.S.
  • ICE: Deport ONLY those undocumented immigrants that ACTUALLY have violent crimes. (3 to 6 percent of those currently detained) That is, non-misdemeanor convictions
